I want to link accounts with the mobile version to use the same rooms or avatars

There is no account linking feature. Please enjoy the PC version and mobile version separately.

I want to change keyboard and mouse controls.

Change from “Controls” in the settings.

Audio cuts out or does not play when using Bluetooth devices

Audio may not play properly when switching Bluetooth device connections.

This may occur depending on the device or connection environment. Please try reconnecting the Bluetooth device or restarting the app and your device.

Unable to Add Music

When adding music from your PC, you must select the folder containing your music files rather than selecting individual audio files directly.

After clicking + (Add), open the folder where your music files are stored, then click Select Folder to add them.

The avatar pose changes when using the timer

The motion used during the timer changes depending on the avatar’s posture when the timer is started.

In addition, the actual motion used will reflect the settings configured from the gear icon on the timer screen.

If an unintended motion is played, please check the avatar’s posture before starting the timer and the motion settings in the timer settings.

I want to change my avatar’s facial expression / The avatar’s facial expression is fixed

You can switch facial expressions using a single button (or keys 1–5).

Facial expression editing is currently available only for the main avatar.  
This feature is not available for sub avatars.

I want to switch the clock to 24-hour format.

Click the clock to toggle 12-hour/24-ho

 I can’t place curtains
 Curtains can only be placed in certain rooms.
Depending on the room design, curtains may not be available. This is intended behavior.

Draw Chat content disappears or changes

In Draw Chat, the content you create may deteriorate or be erased over time.

Additionally, since multiple users can edit simultaneously, synchronization issues may occur, and the display may differ between users.

As this feature is intended for temporary use, we recommend saving any important content separately.

 Menu is not displayed

Depending on the screen size or aspect ratio, the menu may not appear due to UI display limitations.

Please try changing the screen size or display ratio.

Is it okay to stream the game?

• You can freely stream this app. All the included BGM can also be used in your streams.
• Monetizing your streams—through ads, Super Chats, etc.—is perfectly fine, except for BGM tracks marked “Not for streaming” on the playlist screen.

Streaming within gogh using OBS

You can stream your PC screen in gogh without running OBS twice by following these steps:

1. From the bottom of the scene list in OBS, click the [+] button to create a new scene for gogh (referred to as “gogh scene”).

2.In the Virtual Camera settings, select “Scene” as the output type, and choose the “gogh scene” you just created.

3.Click “Start Virtual Camera” — your “gogh scene” will now appear inside gogh.

4.When streaming, make sure your streaming scene is selected in the scene list.

"VTubeStudioCam" cannot be used with image-embedding items

Currently, VTubeStudioCam cannot be used directly. However, it can be used via OBS.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use it via OBS.

Will save data carry over even if I switch PCs?

Yes, you can carry it over.

I want to delete my save data and start over

You can reset your save data as follows:

1.Open the game’s properties from the Steam page settings.

2.Turn off the toggle for “Keep gogh: Focus with Your Avatar save data in the Steam Cloud.”

3.Delete the gogh folder under:C:\\Users\\{YourUsername}\\AppData\\LocalLow\\gogh Japan

4.Launch the app from the Steam client — it will start without any save data.

5.When re-enabling Steam Cloud, a prompt will appear — select which data you’d like to keep

If You Experience Issues (Steam Version: How to Verify Game Files)

If you experience any issues, please first try verifying the integrity of the game files on Steam.

Steps to verify game files:

1.Launch Steam

2.Right-click the game in your Library

3.Select "Manage" → "Properties"

4.Select "Installed Files"

5.Click "Verify integrity of game files"

After completion, restart the game and check if the issue has been resolved.
Note: The verification process may take some time.
