App is slow or device gets hot

• Open the settings screen from the top left of the home screen and check the "Graphics" section.

 

App crashes or doesn't work properly

This app requires memory due to its 3D graphics, and it may not work properly on some devices.

• Try reducing the number of items placed in your room or the number of stickers attached — this may help lighten the load.
• From the “Graphics” settings, selecting “Low Quality” and “30fps” can improve performance.
• Try closing other apps before retrying.

Loading takes a long time

• Due to the 3D graphics, data loading might take time depending on your network environment. Please try it in a Wi-Fi environment.
