Even though I used the timer, it's not recorded in my focus time stats

Timer stats are recorded when the “End” button is pressed.

If the timer ended without you pressing the “End” button—such as during prolonged background use or when swiping to close the app—you can correct this within the same day.

Try tapping the 👤 button (the person icon) in the bottom menu bar of the Room screen, then select “Add” under Total Focus Time.

*This feature only allows adding time; it cannot reduce time.

"My Stickers Are Full" Message

You cannot save more than the maximum number of My Stickers (currently 50). Please consider keeping the necessary sticker data and deleting the rest.

*If you are using a monitor or photo frame with images uploaded to it, the images are automatically saved in My Stickers. Please keep in mind that if you delete the My Stickers data for an image on a piece of furniture in use, the image will also be deleted from the furniture after a certain period of time.

For avatars

Edit avatar > “Stickers” button > Tap the folder icon

Tap the “Select and Delete” button and select the My Stickers you wish to delete.

For rooms

Please refer to “How to delete”.

Unable to add images

If you delete and re-add images after registering more than 50 images, it may take some time for the deletion to be reflected.
As a result, you may temporarily be unable to add new images.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait a while and try again.

 

Avatar or room appears washed out

• If you set a color close to white for room items or avatars, they might appear to shine white. Please adjust the colors accordingly.

Regarding Using the App in the Background

When using the app for an extended period, we recommend keeping it in the foreground (visible on your screen).

If the app is used in the background for a long time, it may be terminated after a certain period due to your device’s system functions.

Additionally, if you play other audio while using the app, the app’s sound may stop depending on your device or OS specifications.

Timer notifications continue even after closing the app (Android)

• You need to allow "Auto-start in background" from your device settings.
  • How to set "Auto-start in background"
• If the above doesn't resolve the issue, please check the settings for your device manufacturer on this site.

 

"Allow access to photos" message appears

• Close the app once, then allow access to photos from your device settings.
• Photos on your device will not be uploaded automatically.

I want to invite friends to my room

Currently, the Room Public feature is only available on the Steam version.

At this time, it is not possible to invite friends to your room on the mobile version.

Fewer avatar items appear when using an iPad

When using an iPad, the number of avatar items may appear smaller due to the screen display area.

Please try scrolling the avatar menu to view additional items.

Can I change the view outside my room?

The view outside your room is tied to the room design and cannot be changed afterward.

Environmental sounds cannot be heard when using the app in the background

When the app is used in the background, environmental sounds will not be played. This is the intended behavior.

To enjoy environmental sounds, please use the app in the foreground (visible on screen).

Certain sound effects do not play when the screen is off

On devices running Android OS 15 or later, some sound effects are not played by design when the screen is off.

 I can’t place curtains

Curtains can only be placed in certain rooms.

Depending on the room design, curtains may not be available. This is intended behavior.

The black creature flying around the room is scary

This may be caused by a facial expression bug. The creature is supposed to be cute!
