The Space won’t load

When visiting a Space for the first time, additional CG data will be downloaded. This may take some time if your connection speed is slow.

 

The app crashes when entering a Space

Please check the Recommended system requirements.The Space feature requires at least 4GB of main memory.

 

No other users in the Space

If the instance you were directed to has reached its maximum capacity, you may be placed into a new instance where no other users are present. Please wait for others to join, or use the “Friends that joined (In Experiment)” feature to directly join a instance with your friends.

 

The app crashes while in a Space

Please check the Recommended system requirements.The Space feature requires at least 4GB of main memory.

Even in a supported environment, crashes may occur if the instance is crowded, or if users with many stickers on their avatars join the Space, due to memory shortages.

 

I can’t move my seat in a Space

If the app goes into the background during your Space session, you will be considered logged out, even though your avatar remains in the Space. Please restart the app and re-enter the Space.

 

Users joining me in the Space don’t appear

For some reason, you may have been marked as having left the Space. Please restart the app and re-enter the Space.

 

A user who should have left the Space is still visible

This may occur if the user exited the app without pressing the leave button or if their app crashed.

This may also occur if the user encountered a bug on their end.

If you’re unable to move your seat, you may have been marked as having left the Space. Please restart the app and re-enter the Space.

 

I joined a friend from “Friends that joined,” but it says they’ve already left

This may occur if the friend exited the Space without pressing the leave button or if their app crashed.

This may also occur if the user encountered a bug on their end.

The “Friends that joined” feature is experimental and may not always function properly. Improvements are planned for the future.

If I change the BGM or ambient sounds in a Space, will it affect other users?

No, it will not.

These settings are applied individually for each user, so they will not affect other participants.

Please feel free to customize them to your own preference.
